We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
Managing bookings, cancellations, and the clinic calendar
Answering phones and responding to emails
Processing payments and managing invoicing
Communicating with insurance providers and processing payments
Supporting our team with daily admin
Light cleaning and organization to keep the clinic looking its best
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is the heart of our front desk — you’ll be the first face people see when they walk through our door. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the clinic organized and helping patients feel welcome and supported.
Friendly, calm, and compassionate with excellent people skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Enjoys working independently and being part of a small team
Prior reception or admin experience is a plus — but not required!
Wage: $25 - $28 per hour. Part-Time and Full-Time position available
