We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a supportive, community-focused environment.


  • Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment

  • Managing bookings, cancellations, and the clinic calendar

  • Answering phones and responding to emails

  • Processing payments and managing invoicing

  • Communicating with insurance providers and processing payments

  • Supporting our team with daily admin

  • Light cleaning and organization to keep the clinic looking its best

JOB DESCRIPTION


This position is the heart of our front desk — you’ll be the first face people see when they walk through our door. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the clinic organized and helping patients feel welcome and supported.

  • Friendly, calm, and compassionate with excellent people skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

  • Enjoys working independently and being part of a small team

  • Prior reception or admin experience is a plus — but not required!

  • Wage: $25 - $28 per hour. Part-Time and Full-Time position available
