Clinic Manager

Kate is the Clinic Manager at Gulf Island Physiotherapy and the heart behind the scenes. Born and raised on Salt Spring Island, she returned home to build the clinic alongside her husband, Tim Camps, with a shared vision to support the health and wellness of the community they both grew up in.

With a professional background in law and digital marketing, Kate brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does — from streamlining clinic operations to creating a welcoming experience for every patient. She handles all front and back-end responsibilities, including scheduling, communications, and keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day.

Outside the clinic, Kate is happiest outdoors — walking by the ocean, exploring Salt Spring’s trails, and connecting with nature. She feels incredibly grateful to live and work in such a vibrant, supportive island community.
